Each order identifies the business responsible for dispatch and delivery support.
Available delivery charges and the order total are displayed before an order is submitted.
The listing or checkout should explain whether taxes, duties and import handling are included.
Who ships your order
FitYourself provides marketplace technology unless a listing expressly identifies FitYourself as the seller. The named third-party seller accepts, packs and dispatches its products and remains responsible for the accuracy of its delivery information. Different sellers may send separate parcels.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
The seller states available delivery methods, territories, charges and estimates before payment. An estimate normally begins after order acceptance and preparation; it is not a guaranteed arrival date unless the seller expressly agrees a fixed date.
- Made-to-order, personalised and bulky products may need additional preparation.
- Tracking is provided where the selected carrier service supports it.
- Access restrictions and appointment delivery may apply to freight or oversized items.
Address changes and failed delivery
Check the delivery address before submitting the order. A seller or carrier may be unable to redirect a parcel after dispatch. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery or repeated failed attempts may be chargeable where the law and disclosed terms permit.
UK, EU and Türkiye cross-border orders
Cross-border orders may involve import VAT, customs duty, brokerage or carrier handling fees. The product page or checkout should say what is included. Any charge not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient before delivery. Customs processing can affect estimates.
Damage, delay or missing parcels
Inspect the outer packaging when practical. Keep all packaging, photograph visible damage and contact the seller promptly through the order route. A carrier report may be required, but failure to make an immediate carrier note does not automatically remove mandatory consumer rights.
Risk, ownership and installation timing
Risk and ownership are determined by the contract and applicable law. Consumers should not book installation or irreversible travel arrangements until the product has arrived, been checked and confirmed compatible.
Restricted and specialist goods
Batteries, gas equipment, chemicals, aerosols, large glazing and other regulated or oversized goods may use specialist services or be unavailable for some destinations. Sellers must disclose material restrictions before purchase.
