The checkout shows items, seller, delivery, taxes where collected and the payable total.
Payment credentials are handled by the payment provider, not stored in ordinary FitYourself support records.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.
Accepted payment methods
Available methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, currency, device, seller or order risk. A payment method is not accepted until the provider confirms authorisation. Do not pay a marketplace seller outside the checkout when the listing is presented as a FitYourself marketplace order.
Order and seller information
Before payment, the checkout should identify the contracting seller, products or services, material compatibility information, delivery charge, taxes collected and total price. Seller commission or platform fees deducted from a payout are not silently added to the buyer after confirmation.
Currencies and conversion
The payment currency and total are shown before confirmation. If an account or card uses another currency, the bank or wallet provider may apply its own rate and international transaction fee. FitYourself does not control that external conversion.
Fraud prevention and verification
Payments or payouts may be delayed, rejected or reviewed where required for authentication, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, seller verification or legal compliance. Only information reasonably necessary for the review should be requested through a secure channel.
Refunds, disputes and chargebacks
Use the seller and marketplace resolution routes before starting a payment dispute where it is safe and reasonable. A chargeback is administered by the payment provider and card issuer and does not automatically determine every contractual right. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original method; provider processing time may follow.
Seller payouts
Seller subscription, commission, reserves, verification requirements, payout timing and deductions are governed by the seller agreement and the payment provider’s rules. Buyer funds are not represented as a bank deposit or savings product.
