About This WOODLINS Template Pack
This product provides the released digital lining geometry for the selected van variant, covering the wall, door and related panel shapes represented by the supplied files. Prototype and test-fit before cutting final 5 mm automotive plastic.

Recommended Materials
Recommended lining material: 5 mm grey automotive plastic sheet for the wall, rear-door, side-door and related interior panels represented in the released geometry.
Option 1 — Full-Size Cardboard / Plotter Template
- Download the released DXF/PDF package and confirm the file units and intended 1:1 scale.
- Create a full-size cardboard test template using a plotter, tiled print workflow or a transferred outline.
- Preserve every opening, notch, wheel-arch profile and reference hole shown in the released geometry.
- Test-fit the cardboard template in the actual van and check seat bases, doors, wheel arches, pillars, ribs and installed equipment.
- Record any vehicle-specific variation and approve the test geometry before transferring it to the final sheet material.
Option 2 — CNC Cutting Workflow
- Open the released DXF in your CAD/CAM software and verify units and 1:1 scale.
- Check at least one known control dimension against the released technical drawing before toolpath creation.
- Separate outer profiles, internal cut-outs and drilling operations as required by the released file.
- Nest the parts for the selected sheet size and material.
- Select tooling, feed rate and spindle speed for your actual material, cutter and CNC machine; WOODLINS does not prescribe universal machining parameters.
- Make a test cut or scrap-material check where appropriate, then dry-fit the finished parts in the actual vehicle before permanent installation.
Before You Cut
Do not scale the drawing by eye. Confirm units, 1:1 scale, one known control dimension, vehicle version and door configuration. A physical test template is strongly recommended before cutting expensive final material.

Should I cut final material immediately?
No. Make a cardboard or inexpensive test template first when practical, then verify the fit in the actual vehicle before cutting the final panels.
Can every van use the same panel geometry?
No. Vehicle generation, body length, roof height, door configuration and interior equipment can change the fit. Use the exact released product variant.
