Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of using the requested service and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account until suspected compromise is reported. Business users must have authority to act for the named organisation.
Permitted use
Use FitYourself lawfully and for genuine campervan planning, purchasing, professional discovery, publishing and community participation. Do not interfere with security, scrape protected data, bypass access controls, impersonate another person or manipulate reviews, claims or verification.
Build information and AI assistance
Guides, community posts and AI outputs are general planning information. They may be incomplete or unsuitable for a particular vehicle, load, climate, jurisdiction or component. Verify measurements, payload, structural changes, electrical protection, gas, heating, ventilation, water safety and road legality with reliable documentation and competent professionals.
User content and licence
You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant FitYourself a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format, translate and display that content as needed to operate and promote the service, subject to privacy settings and applicable law. You must have rights to the material and respect personal data, confidentiality and third-party intellectual property.
Moderation and notices
FitYourself may restrict or remove content or accounts where reasonably necessary for safety, law, platform integrity or these terms. Where required, users receive reasons and an available review route. Valid notices should identify the content, basis and requested action.
Third-party services
Seller sites, payment providers, carriers, maps, community tools and external resources have their own terms and privacy practices. A link or integration does not by itself create an endorsement or guarantee.
Availability and changes
The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. Material terms changes will be communicated as required and do not retrospectively remove accrued mandatory rights.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence or mandatory consumer rights. Other responsibility depends on the user role, service, contract and applicable law.
Official guidance
